I explore the eerie remains of Children’s (Pioneer) Camp Okean, a massive abandoned Soviet summer camp located about 50km north of St. Petersburg in the Leningrad Oblast. This sprawling territory contains 27 buildings, including dormitories, a dining hall with original wood paneling, a theatre with its stage still intact, and a decaying swimming pool complex.
